We love it when our churches take care of our churches! Recently our district's NMI Council rallied a team of people to redo the roof on the church in Enterprise, OR. We are grateful for Pastor Randy Bynum of Vida Nueva who joined the effort with skilled workers from his church. We are also thankful for our Work & Witness coordinator Jim Franklin, team members Ed & Rosemary Krantz from Idaho Falls, and others that joined in the effort. Everett from Enterprise even brought a neighbor teen, Jonah, who was an excellent worker!
Seven district churches sent workers and/or money in contribution to the “Enterprise Heating Project” fund were helping ensure that Enterprise’s high winter heating costs don’t leave them in the cold, and that giving beyond the heating needs would go toward a new furnace someday. It is difficult to express how blessed we really are for Baker City, Bethel, Castle Hills, Crosspoint Community, Enterprise, McCall, and Vida Nueva partnering together with workers and/or funds to fulfill this need.
