Central Church of the Nazarene reflects the diversity of its neighborhood. With the help of translators, Pastor Jeremy began leading a Spanish-language discipleship group awhile back. That group has grown and morphed in recent years. Currently 20-30 people from around 6-8 different countries meet on Friday evenings to prepare food boxes for the Compassion Center, enjoy a meal and fellowship together, and study scripture in English and Spanish. Translators help bridge the language differences so that participants connect with God and with one another.
